Mide passionately advocates for in-training sound credit risk management practices inspiring him to create “credit presentation module” as a core element of the basic to advanced credit risk curricula. This initiative since its introduction has gained wide acceptance across the banking industry in Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, Gambia and Zambia. He has directly and indirectly mentored over 5,000 banking professionals in credit risk management. He brings to his engagements a unique teaching style where he finely blends humor with real-life examples to simplify technical concepts.

Mide is a visiting consultant to the American Procurement Investment Company, Charlottesville, Virginia, USA; a distinguished Alumnus of the Terry College, University of Georgia where he received his MBA degree in Finance and Corporate Strategy as a Wachovia Bank Scholar as well as an alumnus of ‘Chief Executive Program’ of the prestigious Lagos Business School. He currently sits on the board of companies across various industries in manufacturing, trading and consulting. Prior to founding Leaps and Bounds Partner, Mide cut his professional experiences in Capital Bank (now Access) and Guaranty Trust Bank in the corporate banking and investment divisions.
