About fifteen years ago, we nursed the passion of collaborating with organizations to improve their fortunes by focusing on developing the people (employees) who do the work. What we saw for most employees was a gap between the nuances of ‘real-life’ versus what was being learned in the classroom. This further piqued our passion in a positive way.

We saw some clear opportunities. For example: “How do we intentionally narrow the gap between classroom learning and the on-the-job experience? How might we make in-training performance a good predictor of on-the-job performance? How might we demystify complex and technical terms and illustrate these with everyday stories and examples? If we found answers to the above opportunities, we would not only positively impact the many lives of professionals, but also the organizations they work for. We are grateful we found some answers and still challenging ourselves to search for more. Today, our testimonials speak for us.

That same passion got us started and kept us on a journey filled with meaning, excitement, and anticipation for an even more impactful future.
